"HA DET BRA: HA DET BRA
Simultaneously heavy and melodic, since early 1992 they have consistently succeeded in finding their own unmistakable sound-an emotional guitar noise with strong, interesting rhythms. They appeared on the compilation CD of the Lunatic fanzine as well as on various other compilations.

KVAKA 22: KVAKA 22
Active as a bass and guitar duet since 1990, using a rhythm-machine they have been creating their noisy sound abounding in dark hues. They appeared on various compilations.

GONE BALD: FAIRY-TALE ADDICT
Members of noise-groups from Zagreb, Ha Det Bra and Achtung Dichtung, founded a new group in 1994 and went to Amsterdam. After having released two cassettes in Croatia on the Kekere Aquarium label, they recorded a CD on the Dutch 100% label. Totally committed to their music, they create a powerful, painful sound of unusual sincerity. They also appeared on the compilation CD of the Lunatic fanzine.

WHY STAKLA: DAJ, DOĐI!
Founded in 1992, they have proven to be the best group from Osijek so far. They had over 50 concerts in various clubs and at festivals all over Croatia and Slovenia. They were also the support to MELVINS, KILLDOZER and HAMMERHEAD at their Slovenian concerts. The cassette Daj, Dođi! best represents their extremely dirty and violent noise-punk. In 1995 nine of their titles were included in the compilation CD Druga liga (Helidon label).
They appeared on the compilation CD of the Lunatic fanzine and on numerous other compilations.

LABIJA MAJORA: KASTRACIONI KOMPLEKS
The five titles on this cassette are the only material released so far by this group from the island of Krk.
Unfortunately the group is inactive at present.

VOODOOBUDDAH: PICNICOLLECTION 89-93
This cult group from Zagreb was founded in 1988. Experimenting with jazz, funk, minimalism, pop and film music they created their original, inventive "multi-culti" sound. This compilation offers a 70-minute selection from their intriguing and varied 6-hour studio recordings. In 1992 Kekere Aquarium released their cassette Octogonal Experience.

BITE: SLOWDANCE
In this project, the members of Gone Bald using only a bass and drums exhibited perhaps the most extreme side of their nature. Unembarrassed by their deepest emotions they evoke fragments of their childhood and create an experimental, free-form noise, heavy, slow and spontaneous.

ŠUMSKI: SAFARI
The group was founded in 1991 in Zagreb and has since been unceasingly exploring their own visions of minimalism, monotony, noise, universal ethno-music, pop, Czech and Polish cartoons, Jacques Tati and Kraut-rock, creating in the process their own Šumski sound. In addition to Safari, they released the cassette Lov na vile (Kekere Aquarium, 1993). They appeared on the compilation CD of the Lunatic fanzine.

MANCE: ČOVJEK IZ KATANGE
Born in 1958, he occasionally played in various short-lived groups from Zagreb since the seventies. In the meantime he painted, made comics and participated in performances. This collection of singer-songwriter underground songs marked by a sharp edge of irony and absurdity was created over many years and is now for the first time introduced to the public.

EWA BRAUN: LOVE PEACE NOISE
This Polish noise-band has existed since 1990. Their exceptionally good and inspired music easily draws the listener into the world of their passionate, fierce and elaborately constructed songs. In 1993 they released CD and cassette on Polish label NIK NIC NIE WIE.

The music on this cassette represents a selection of songs from the latest ten releases of the independent label Kekere Aquarium. All releases are on cassettes with high quality color covers.
